These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LJC MOON INC website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
LJC MOON INC provides software development, SaaS solutions, IT consulting, and e-commerce technology services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate agreement between LJC MOON INC and the client.
We reserve the right to decline any project or engagement at our discretion. All services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the State of California and the United States.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom code, designs, and documentation created by LJC MOON INC for a client project become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general techniques, frameworks, and non-confidential knowledge gained during the engagement.
Any pre-existing intellectual property owned by LJC MOON INC or third parties that is incorporated into a deliverable remains the property of its original owner, and the client receives a license to use it as part of the deliverable.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. We reserve the right to pause work on a project if invoices are significantly past due.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee that software will be entirely free of defects or that it will meet every requirement the client did not explicitly communicate during the discovery phase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LJC MOON INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the working relationship.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
